These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.aumatiq.com (the "Site") and any services provided by AUMATIQ ("we", "us", "our"), an AI automation agency based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, serving clients in Bangladesh, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
By accessing the Site, submitting a contact form, booking a call, or engaging AUMATIQ for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
AUMATIQ provides AI-powered business automation services, including but not limited to:
Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing, and scope for any engagement are defined separately in a written proposal, quotation, or service agreement between AUMATIQ and the client. These Terms apply in addition to, and do not replace, any such written agreement.
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:
Any pricing, packages, or figures displayed on the Site (including the Investment / Pricing section) are indicative starting estimates and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing for any project is confirmed in writing through a formal proposal or invoice. Setup fees are one-time and cover the initial build of your automation system. Monthly retainers are billed month-to-month and cover ongoing support, optimization, and maintenance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement:
AUMATIQ builds automation systems using third-party platforms, including but not limited to GoHighLevel, Make.com, Twilio, Google Workspace, AppSheet, WordPress, WATI, VAPI, and Airtable. Client accounts on these platforms are subject to the respective platform's own terms of service and pricing. AUMATIQ is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy changes, or service interruptions caused by these third-party platforms, though we will make reasonable efforts to advise clients of any impact and propose alternatives where possible.
For clients in regulated industries (such as healthcare in the USA or UK), AUMATIQ builds automation systems using platforms that are HIPAA-eligible (USA) or designed with GDPR and CQC considerations (UK) where applicable — for example, using GoHighLevel with a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for US healthcare clients. However, AUMATIQ does not provide legal, compliance, or regulatory advice. Clients remain responsible for ensuring their overall use of any system complies with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. We strongly recommend clients consult their own legal or compliance advisors for matters specific to their industry and location.
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, design elements, and branding — is the property of AUMATIQ unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
For client projects, ownership of the delivered automation system (workflows, configurations, and content created specifically for that client) transfers to the client upon full payment, except for AUMATIQ's proprietary templates, frameworks, and reusable system architecture, which remain the intellectual property of AUMATIQ and may be reused across other client projects.
AUMATIQ provides automation systems designed to improve efficiency and reduce manual work, but we do not guarantee specific financial results, revenue increases, or business outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control (such as how a client's team uses the system, market conditions, and existing business operations). Any figures, statistics, or case studies presented on the Site (including testimonials) are illustrative or based on aggregated client experiences and are not guarantees of individual results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AUMATIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Site or our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
While we aim to respond to inquiries within 2 hours during business hours, this is a target service level and not a guaranteed response time. Response times may vary due to time zone differences (Bangladesh operates on GMT+6), holidays, or high inquiry volume.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from the use of this Site or AUMATIQ's services shall first be addressed through good-faith discussion between the parties. For client engagements with parties based in the UK or USA, specific governing law and dispute resolution terms may be agreed separately in the signed service agreement.
